Deepak Jeevankumar is Managing Director at Dell Technologies Capital, where he leads investments in cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure. His investments include Cequence Security, Humio (acquired by Crowdstrike), Jask (acquired by Sumologic), LastLine (acquired by VMware), Min.io, RedLock (acquired by Palo Alto Networks), Remediant, RiskLens, RiskRecon (acquired by Mastercard), Tetrate and Yugabyte.
Prior to joining Dell Technologies Capital, Deepak spent nearly 7 years at General Catalyst where he helped build the firm‘s west-coast presence and was closely involved in Anomali, Altiscale (acquired by SAP), Illumio, Menlo Security, Min.io, Push Computing (acquired by MobileIron) and RiskRecon. Deepak built his technology engineering expertise at Sun Microsystems where he started as a sales engineer and grew to be one of the lead supercomputing architect. He was also an intern at the Yale Investments Office.
